Ahlgrens Bilar is one of Sweden’s most classic candy but has been losing popularity among a younger audience. After strengthening their presence on TikTok, we noticed a comment suggesting creating a pair of shoes inspired by the candy cars.

So, we turned Sweden’s most iconic candy into a fashion item in collaboration with designer Bucktron. The pastel colored car-shaped candy was launched on Ahlgrensskor.se and was sold
out the same day. The unexpected collab merged fan culture with couture and quickly gained traction in fashion industry including
a feature in Vogue.com and other leading fashion outlets.
